Stabil-loc Foundation Piering

Not all older homes were built to code. Foundation walls built without proper footings sink over time. The Stabil-loc Foundation Piering System consists of a double-walled, heat-extruded steel tube that is positioned directly under the center of the wall to be lifted or stabilized and driven down to bedrock for ultimate foundation support. We are a factory-trained, certified contractor for Stabil-loc.
