Historic Restoration

Historic buildings are more than entities.

Unto themselves, they are a presence in our communities and a reminder of our heritage. They have endured the years because of quality construction, superior materials and necessary care along the way.

Whether for aesthetic and artistic value or its extreme age and connections to historic events and people, many buildings deserve to be protected and restored for future generations.

We understand the restoration process, adhering to the guidelines and requirements of the South Dakota Historical Society Foundation. We strive to preserve a building’s heritage value by protecting, stabilizing and maintaining the existing materials and structure.

We must know where we’ve been if we are to know where we are going.
